Just edited and uploaded last week’s class, a new take on a well-known Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson. I’m calling it “Spine Like a Chain, with a Bias.” In June I did an advanced training week with Sheryl Field, who teaches practitioners to identify and bring awareness to their students’ primary spinal bias to fold more easily to one side or the other. It’s tremendously effective work and I’ve been enjoying integrating it into all my teaching. Here’s the first experiment I’m ready to share. Come explore what your bias can do for you, right here!
