Great for your whole body, and often especially relieving for back pain. I’m really pleased with how it came out, so much so that I’ve added it to Series 1: Integrating the Legs for Standing, Walking, and Running. This lesson starts with a three minute talk about what Feldenkrais is and isn’t, then has a nice integration of flexion movements of the ankles, hips, and pelvis/lower back, combined with a classic Feldenkrais flexion lesson.
