I added several popular new lessons and removed Flexion, Foundation, and Length (now filed in Other ATM Recordings). I believe that Flexion, Foundation, and Feet is a more effective version of it anyway, and better studied in Series 1: Integrating the Legs for Standing, Walking, and Running.
