What’s it for? (more applications) David Zemach-Bersin, who directed the Feldenkrais training program I graduated from, has an excellent collection of articles about different applications of the method on his website. Check out the categories on the right.

Who does it? The Feldenkrais Institute of New York has compiled a list of testimonials from well-known people, doctors, scientists, musicians, athletes, and dancers.
Does it work? Yes, and there’s research: Here’s a link to the FGNA website for a research bibliography about the efficacy of the method.
Who was Moshe Feldenkrais? A biography of Moshe Feldenkrais (who lived a fascinating life and deeply embodied his own work and the philosophy of the method) is imminent. Here’s a link to a concise biography by the book’s principle author.
Is it like massage or chiropractic? No. While all these practices touch people, Feldenkrais is very different. Head over to my site’s FAQ for more info.
